Realtor Package Request

The following information is available to Realtors upon request.  A $300 fee payable to Sun Village Home Owners Association must be paid upon receipt of documents.  A package containing the following information can be obtained from the Board Treasurer by filling out this form.

• Copy of Society Constitution & Bylaws and Rules & Regulations
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Current Financial Statements
• Monthly Maintenance Fees
• Board of Directors Minutes (2 years)
• Form B
